ROOTON US Return Policy

If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from ROOTON-US.COM, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For US-based orders, please initiate your return request through the Contact linked below or through the link included in your shipping confirmation email.
Once your return request is confirmed, please print the prepaid return label provided.
If you do not have access to a printer, you may bring your digital return code to any eligible USPS location, and they will print the label for you.

Processing Time & Refunds

Returns are typically processed within 10–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 days after your returned items are received and accepted.

Please note that a $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund for all US domestic returns.

Purchases Made Outside of ROOTON-US.COM

If your purchase was made through a retailer or marketplace outside of ROOTON-US.COM, please contact the respective seller directly to request a return according to their return policy.
ROOTON cannot guarantee the authenticity or condition of products purchased outside of our authorized distributors or retail partners.
